Pastor and Deaconess Enya Joseph Okpara are seasoned ministers, visionary leaders, and passionate advocates for youth transformation. As founders of Norajoe Youth Empowerment Foundation, they have devoted more than a decade to empowering young people to rise above mediocrity, embrace their God-given potential, and become responsible, value-adding citizens of society.

Their journey began with a heartfelt conviction that the future of any community, nation, or generation rests on the strength and character of its youths. Over the years, they have consistently invested their time, resources, and wisdom into mentoring, training, and guiding countless young men and women toward purpose discovery and purposeful living.
